Twitter has been used by Chelsea supporters to announce their second summer acquisition, defender Kalidou Koulibaly. His four-year transfer from Serie A team Napoli has been revealed by the Blues. After Raheem Sterling from Manchester City joined the Blues, the Senegalese international also joined the team. As per The Daily Mail, the 31-year-old has cost the West London club between £32 million (€38 million) and £33.7 million (€40 million).
